6. Service Availability

We strive to ensure the Service is available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. The gardening advice and suggestions provided are for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for the success or failure of your garden.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Permaculture Planner or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
